Yêu cầu xoá tài khoản Nǐ shì shéi

Bạn có thể xoá tài khoản Nǐ shì shéi và dữ liệu đồng bộ trên mây từ web hoặc ứng dụng Android. Thao tác này không thể hoàn tác và không xoá tài khoản Google của bạn.
Xoá trong web
- 1. Mở phần học của Nǐ shì shéi và đăng nhập đúng tài khoản Google cần xoá.
- 2. Tìm mục Tài khoản và đồng bộ, kiểm tra tài khoản đang hiển thị rồi chọn Xoá tài khoản và dữ liệu trên mây.
- 3. Đọc và chấp nhận hộp xác nhận của trình duyệt. Nếu được yêu cầu, xác thực lại bằng đúng tài khoản Google đó.
- 4. Chờ thông báo hoàn tất. Nếu chưa xoá xong, thử lại nút Xoá tài khoản và dữ liệu trên mây.
Xoá trong ứng dụng Android
- 1. Mở nút thông tin trong ứng dụng, chọn Tài khoản và kiểm tra tài khoản đang hiển thị.
- 2. Chọn Xoá tài khoản, rồi Tiếp tục.
- 3. Kiểm tra lại tài khoản trong hộp Xác nhận xoá tài khoản, rồi chọn Xoá vĩnh viễn. Nếu được yêu cầu, chọn lại đúng tài khoản Google để xác thực.
- 4. Chờ thông báo hoàn tất. Nếu ứng dụng báo việc xoá chưa xong, chọn Xoá tiếp và xác nhận lại.
Cần kết nối Internet để xoá dữ liệu trên mây. Nếu có lỗi, dữ liệu có thể đã được xoá một phần; hãy tiếp tục thao tác xoá để hoàn tất.
Dữ liệu nào được xoá?
Web và ứng dụng dừng đồng bộ trên thiết bị đang thực hiện xoá, xoá ba tài liệu của tài khoản trên máy chủ nishishei.vn (và bản sao trên Firestore nếu có), rồi mới xoá tài khoản đăng nhập Nǐ shì shéi trên Firebase Authentication:
- learning/state: tiến độ học của web đã đồng bộ. Nhật ký thao tác cục bộ của web không nằm trong tài liệu trên mây này.
- learning/app-progress: trạng thái từ đã thuộc/chưa thuộc và thông tin đồng bộ kèm theo (thời điểm, mã ngẫu nhiên của bản cài đặt), các ngày đủ 10 thẻ, điểm tốt nhất của bài luyện tập/đề thi và câu trả lời thi cũ đã chuyển đổi.
- learning/dictionary-saved: các mục từ điển đã lưu và đồng bộ.
Giới hạn hiện tại: việc xoá dữ liệu trên máy chủ và Firebase Authentication không diễn ra trong cùng một giao dịch. Phiên đăng nhập trên thiết bị khác có thể còn hiệu lực khoảng một giờ và có thể gửi lại dữ liệu đã xoá. Hiện chưa có cơ chế máy chủ tự chặn hoặc dọn dữ liệu được tạo lại trong khoảng này. Hãy đăng xuất tài khoản trên các thiết bị khác trước khi xoá.
Dữ liệu nào vẫn ở trên thiết bị?
Tiến độ học, dữ liệu từ điển đã lưu và các bản sao cục bộ vẫn được giữ trong trình duyệt hoặc ứng dụng. Xoá tài khoản trên mây không xoá các bản sao trên thiết bị khác hoặc tệp sao lưu bạn đã tải xuống.
Thao tác này cũng không xoá bản sao lưu thiết bị của Android nếu có; khôi phục sao lưu có thể đưa dữ liệu ứng dụng trở lại.
Nếu muốn xoá cả bản cục bộ, hãy xoá dữ liệu của trang web trong trình duyệt hoặc xoá dữ liệu ứng dụng trong cài đặt Android; tự xoá các tệp sao lưu đã lưu riêng. Đăng xuất đơn thuần không xoá tiến độ cục bộ.
Yêu cầu xoá khi không còn ứng dụng
Bạn có thể dùng cách xoá trên web nêu trên mà không cần cài ứng dụng. Để yêu cầu xoá từ bên ngoài ứng dụng, gửi email tới info.upsoftware@gmail.com với tiêu đề Xoá tài khoản Nǐ shì shéi.
Hãy gửi email từ chính tài khoản Google cần xoá khỏi Nǐ shì shéi; địa chỉ gửi này được dùng để xác minh quyền sở hữu tài khoản. Không gửi mật khẩu hoặc mã xác thực Google.
Thời gian xử lý: trong vòng 30 ngày kể từ khi nhận được email yêu cầu từ chính tài khoản Google cần xoá.
Thời hạn lưu dữ liệu
Dữ liệu tài khoản và tiến độ đã đồng bộ được giữ trong thời gian tài khoản còn tồn tại, và được xoá khi bạn hoàn tất việc xoá tài khoản trong ứng dụng hoặc trên web, hoặc trong vòng 30 ngày kể từ khi nhận được yêu cầu qua email nêu trên. Các giới hạn về phiên trên thiết bị khác và dữ liệu cục bộ được mô tả ở trên vẫn áp dụng.
Firebase/Google có thể giữ bản sao lưu hệ thống được mã hoá trong một thời gian giới hạn theo chính sách riêng của Google.

Account deletion (English)
Effective date: 21/10/2026. Responsible owner/entity: nishishei.vn.
You can delete your Nǐ shì shéi account and synchronized cloud data from the website or Android app. This action cannot be undone and does not delete your Google account.
Delete on the website
- 1. Open the Nǐ shì shéi learning website and sign in with the Google account you want to remove from Nǐ shì shéi.
- 2. Find Tài khoản và đồng bộ (Account and synchronization), check the account displayed, then choose Xoá tài khoản và dữ liệu trên mây (Delete account and cloud data).
- 3. Read and accept the browser confirmation dialog. If asked, reauthenticate with that same Google account.
- 4. Wait for the completion message. If deletion has not finished, try Xoá tài khoản và dữ liệu trên mây again.
Delete in the Android app
- 1. Open the information button in the app, choose Tài khoản (Account), and check the account displayed.
- 2. Choose Xoá tài khoản (Delete account), then Tiếp tục (Continue).
- 3. Check the account again in the Xác nhận xoá tài khoản (Confirm account deletion) dialog, then choose Xoá vĩnh viễn (Delete permanently). If asked, select the same Google account again to authenticate.
- 4. Wait for the completion message. If the app reports that deletion is unfinished, choose Xoá tiếp (Continue deletion) and confirm again.
An Internet connection is required to delete cloud data. If an error occurs, some data may already have been deleted; continue the deletion process to finish.
What data is deleted?
The website and app stop synchronization on the device performing deletion, delete the account’s three documents on the nishishei.vn server (and the Firestore copy, if any), and then delete the Nǐ shì shéi sign-in account from Firebase Authentication:
- learning/state: synchronized web learning progress. The website’s local operation log is not part of this cloud document.
- learning/app-progress: known/not-known word states and accompanying synchronization information (timestamps and a random installation identifier), days reaching ten cards, best practice/exam scores, and migrated legacy exam answers.
- learning/dictionary-saved: saved and synchronized dictionary entries.
Current limitations: Server data deletion and Firebase Authentication deletion are not one transaction. Sessions on other devices may remain valid for about one hour and may upload deleted data again. There is currently no server mechanism to block or automatically clean up data recreated during that period. Sign out on other devices before deleting.
What data remains on the device?
Learning progress, saved dictionary data and local copies remain in the browser or app. Deleting the cloud account does not remove copies on other devices or backup files you have downloaded.
This action also does not delete Android device backups, if any; restoring a backup may bring app data back.
To remove local copies as well, clear the website’s data in your browser or clear the app’s data in Android settings, and separately delete backup files you have saved. Signing out alone does not remove local progress.
Request deletion without the app
You can use the website deletion steps above without installing the app. To request deletion outside the app, email info.upsoftware@gmail.com with the subject Xoá tài khoản Nǐ shì shéi.
Send the email from the Google account you want to remove from Nǐ shì shéi; the sender address is used to verify account ownership. Do not send your Google password or verification codes.
Processing time: within 30 days of receiving the email request from the Google account to be removed.
Data retention
Account data and synchronized progress are kept while the account exists and are deleted when you complete account deletion in the app or on the website, or within 30 days of receiving the email request described above. The limitations concerning sessions on other devices and local data described above still apply.
Firebase/Google may retain encrypted system backups for a limited period under Google’s own policy.
